Terms of Service
These terms set out how we work together, from your first quote through to completed roofing work. Please read them alongside your written quote.
Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are provided free of charge and are based on the scope of work discussed at the time of inspection. Fixed-price quotes remain valid for 30 days. If additional work is uncovered once a job begins, we will discuss it and agree any changes with you before proceeding.
Bookings & Cancellations
Inspection and work bookings can be rescheduled by contacting us in advance. We ask for reasonable notice so we can offer the time to other customers. Emergency call-outs are prioritised based on urgency and availability.
Workmanship & Warranty
Our roofing work is carried out by licensed, insured tradespeople and is backed by our workmanship warranty. Warranty cover applies to the work we perform and does not extend to damage caused by severe weather, third parties or pre-existing structural issues outside the agreed scope.
Payment
Payment terms are set out on your quote or invoice. Work is considered accepted once you approve the quote. Final payment is due on completion of the agreed works unless otherwise arranged in writing.
Liability
We take great care on every job and hold full insurance. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of re-supplying the roofing services in question. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
